1. Return/Refund Application
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for the return of purchased goods ("Goods") and/or a refund before the expiration of the aligou guarantee period. Terms of Service.
1.2 aligou guarantee is a service provided by aligou at the request of users, aiming to assist users in dealing with certain conflicts that may arise during the transaction process. Users can communicate with each other privately to resolve differences before, during or after using aligou guarantee, or contact relevant local agencies to assist in resolving any disputes.
2. Return application
2.1 The Buyer may apply for a refund and/or return of goods only under the following circumstances:
The buyer has not received the item;
The item is defective and/or damaged upon delivery;
The item received is incomplete (missing quantity or accessories);
The goods delivered by the seller to the buyer do not conform to the agreed specifications (such as errors in size, color, etc.);
The items delivered to Buyer differ materially from the description provided by Seller in the item listing;
The item received was counterfeit**;
Items received with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, broken);
Items received are defective (e.g. malfunctioning, not working as expected);
By entering into a private agreement with the seller, the seller must send a confirmation letter to aligou to confirm the agreement; or

*Change of mind return policy only applies to certain categories and to certain sellers.
**Counterfeit goods return policy only applies to aligou mall sellers.
2.2 The buyer's application must be submitted through the aligou mall application.
2.3 aligou will review each Buyer's application on a case-by-case basis and determine, in its sole discretion, whether the Buyer's application is successful.
2.4 Please note that if requested by aligou, the Buyer must ship the goods to a location designated by aligou within ten (10) calendar days of making the return request.
2.5 aligou will decide in its sole discretion whether to approve your refund and return request. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that aligou’s decision is final, conclusive and binding and undertakes and agrees that it will not litigate or otherwise assert any claim against aligou or its affiliates with respect to such decision.
2.6 If the Buyer has initiated legal proceedings against the Seller, the Buyer may provide aligou with a formal notice from the relevant authorities requiring aligou to continue to hold the purchase money until a formal decision is made. aligou will determine in its sole discretion whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase funds.
3. Right of priority seller
3.1 If you are a Preferred Seller, you should have received separate written notification from aligou informing you of your election to participate in the aligou Preferred Seller Program. If you decide not to participate in the aligou Preferred Seller Program at any time, please notify aligou in writing; otherwise, you will be deemed to have chosen to continue participating in the aligou Preferred Seller Program and to have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this Refund and Return Policy. aligou may suspend or remove any Preferred Seller from the aligou Preferred Seller Program at any time in its sole discretion.
3.2aligou’s decision to approve a refund or return in accordance with clause 2 above shall be binding on the relevant Preferred Seller. Preferred Seller agrees to comply with and take all necessary steps to implement a Buyer's refund or return request approved by aligou.
3.3 For any refund or return request approved by aligou, aligou will notify the Preferred Seller via email ("Email Notification") and organize
Ship the relevant Returned Goods to the address provided in writing to aligou by the relevant Preferred Seller to complete the refund and return process, so long as that address is located in the country on which the relevant Goods are listed for sale (the "Local Address"). If the Preferred Seller fails to provide a local address for return of the returned item, or fails to accept delivery of the returned item within a reasonable period (as determined by aligou), aligou reserves the right to dispose of the item in any manner it deems appropriate, and the Preferred Seller shall is deemed to be a waiver of all rights to the goods. If the Returned Items are not received by the Preferred Seller, the Preferred Seller must notify cgwlcms within seven (7) days of receipt of the email notification (the "Notification Period"). Failure to notify cgwlcms within the notification period will constitute conclusive evidence and result in the Preferred Seller accepting that the Goods have been delivered and the Preferred Seller agrees not to make any claim or bring any dispute in respect of any such Goods.
3.4 Notwithstanding the above provisions, aligou may, at its sole discretion, approve refunds or returns of goods to preferred sellers.
3.5 For any refund or return refused by aligou, and aligou has received the relevant item, aligou will organize the shipment of the item to the relevant buyer's address in accordance with clause 2 above.
3.6 If aligou approves any refund or return request, the preferred supplier may appeal the decision by contacting aligou and providing evidence to support such appeal. If aligou upholds the supplier's appeal, it will pay all or part of the purchase price to the preferred seller. The Preferred Seller acknowledges and agrees that aligou's decision is final, conclusive and binding, and undertakes and agrees not to litigate or otherwise assert any claim against aligou or its affiliates with respect to such decision.
4. Rights of ordinary sellers
4.1 For the purpose of this refund and return policy, regular sellers refer to sellers who are not mall sellers or preferred sellers.
4.2 When aligou receives the buyer’s request for return and/or refund, aligou will notify the seller in writing. The Seller may respond to the Buyer's application by following the steps provided by Aligou in the written notice. Seller must respond within the period specified in the written notice (the "Prescribed Period"). If aligou does not receive a response from the seller within the specified period, aligou will assume that the seller has not responded to the buyer's application and will continue to evaluate the buyer's application without further notification to the seller. aligou will review each seller's response on a case-by-case basis and determine in its sole discretion whether the buyer's application will be successful based on the circumstances stated by the seller.
5. Return conditions
5.1 In order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning goods, the buyer should ensure that the goods (including any free goods such as accessories that come with the goods) are returned to the seller in the same condition as received by the buyer at the time of delivery. We will advise buyers to take photos when receiving the item.
6. Responsibility for return shipping costs
(a) In the event of an unforeseen error by the Seller (i.e. items delivered to the Buyer are damaged, defective or incorrect), the Supplier and the Platform will bear the Buyer’s return shipping costs.
(b) If the buyer changes his or her mind, the seller must obtain consent before returning the goods, and the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
(c) When a buyer and seller dispute the party responsible for return shipping costs, aligou will determine the party responsible for return shipping costs at its sole discretion. (D) If the transaction fails due to the customer returning the goods or refusing to receive the goods, the payment will be automatically returned to the original payment account. 7. Refund
7.1 The Buyer may only
Aligou will refund the money after receiving confirmation from the seller that the returned item has been received. If aligou does not receive a response from the seller within the specified time, aligou will have the right to refund the corresponding amount to the buyer without further notification to the seller. Refunds will be made to the buyer's credit/debit card or designated bank account (whichever is applicable).
8. Communication between buyers and sellers
8.1 aligou encourages users to communicate with each other when problems arise in transactions. Since aligou is a platform for users to conduct transactions, buyers should contact sellers directly for any questions related to purchased items.
